Niseko International Clinic (NIC) is proud to announce it is now accepting expressions of interest from international medical students to undertake elective placement during the 2024/2025 season.
During the winter season the clinic often sees over 80 patients per day. Students can expect to see a variety of general practice presentations, with a predomination of acute orthopedic injuries. In additional to general patient consultations, students also have the opportunity to be involved in on-mountain retrievals, radiography and bracing.
NIC is seeking expression of interests from motivated medical students in their final year of studies. The placement will occur between the months of December 2024 to March 2025. Preference will be given to students who can undergo placement for extended periods of time.
