STEP1. Please make a reservation before your visit

English and Japanese are available.
Can be contacted directly by patients as well as by accommodators.
When contacting us by phone, please provide the following information to our staff.
- Name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Current symptoms
STEP2. Please find means of transportation to NIC
Please check our Access page to find your transportation to NIC.
If you are a hotel staff, please let your guests know how to get to NIC.
If you have our clinic leaflet, please give it to them as it contains the address and phone number.
If you have difficulty finding transportation to NIC, please call us. We might be able to arrange transportation.
STEP3. Registration
Please go to the reception and let them know your arrival. Please give them your identifications such as passports or health insurance cards to complete registration.
STEP4. Treatment
We take the time to treat each and every patient with the utmost care.
In addition, all of our staff are bilingual. Foreigners who have difficulty speaking Japanese can also receive medical treatment at ease.
STEP5. Checkout
Payment can be made in Japanese yen or by credit card.
